WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

 We make warranties on our products will be performed in a professional and timely manner however we do not warrant that our service will last long because you (customers) also play a role in keeping the equipment healthy and worthy.

 We accept returns, a user device can be returned for any reason within 14 days with a 100% refund if it is in the same condition. The delivery cannot be refunded.

 We accept returns, buy, or swap; a used device can be returned for any reason after 14 days you will still refund some money back depending on (the condition/second-hand sales rules) of the returned product or/and we can accept swap with another laptop and negotiate the price.

 

LOSS & DAMAGES

You must know that your (the customer’s) responsibility is to keep your PC SAFE and maintain copies of all important data from your computer, and to save such copies, aka backups. You are responsible for backing up your data before calling us and it is a common policy for the user must back up data daily, weekly, or monthly.

 

EQUIPMENT DAMAGE

Only we can buy or recycle our product back from our customers in case of damage or/and we can repair for small money if possible.
